I can't get over this awesome photo set! Every photo is one of a "The End" from a movie. (And the photographer watched every one of them too.) What a great and unique idea! What do you think?

A Very Unique Guest Bedroom

I'm just in love with this amazing idea. This couple decided that since they only use their awesome vintage caravan about once a year they'd turn it into a "guest room" for visiting family. Their grandchildren get to stay there every time they visit! Wouldn't you just love to have that as a guest bedroom? I know I would. I mean, not only is the idea cute but the decor is too. I love those colors and that look. This is totally on my list of things to have one day.

Puddle Jumpers

Hopefully we'll be getting plenty of spring rain soon. I have the boots for it now. Yes I am now the proud new owner of a pair of bright yellow rain boots. They rock! You gotta love target.

Something To Smile About

Tomorrow's My Birthday!

Yep I can't believe it's so near. It feels like my last birthday was just yesterday. I sure have changed a lot since then though. And I've learned a lot too. (And I do mean a lot.) I've learned not to hate winter so much. I've learned that no matter how bad a day there's pretty much always at least one speck of good in it. I've learned not to spend too much time regretting things done wrong in the past so as not to miss out on the present. And I've learned that if I don't know something I shouldn't try to explain it, even if it's just to myself. Many other things as well though. I just hope that I'll be able to say the same about this year next time around.

Vintage & Silk

First of all, once again I'm very sorry for not posting any lately. But now I'm finally feeling all better, so meaning that that probably won't happen again for a really long time.

Yesterday I even took a nice walk outside. What a wonderful day it was too. Hopefully the warm weather is here to stay. And hopefully more daffodils (my favorite!) will be blooming soon.

Secondly, these pictures show just a small fragment of the amazing clothes found on the esty store Vintage & Silk. I'm really starting to like it. And with all kinds of beautiful stuff from the '40s through the '60s, what's not to like? Skirts, dresses, jackets, blouses, shoes, purses and even a little jewelery. This is my kind of store.

A House by the Sea

I'm totally in love with this beautiful 105-year-old Rhode Island house called Clingstone. Isn't it amazing!? And the scenery is the same, is it not?

Henry Wood, the owner is a 81-year-old Boston architect who bought the house with his ex-wife Joan in 1961 for $3,600. It had been empty for two decades! It's hard to believe that a house that beautiful could have ever been empty, isn't it?

Anyway, Mr. Wood has now restored it beautifully and thankfully now it's filled again. Lucky people.
