Links For The First Summer Weekend!!!

Finally! It's time for popsicles and swinging on swing sets and summer flower crowns and trips to the beach and warm evenings complete with singing cicadas (my personal favorite!). What are you all doing this fine weekend? xoxo

I am positively in love with this magazine, a must-see definitely!

What to do after it rains.

Love this.

Feeling beachy?

Loving Urban Outfitters lately and this dress just screams summer to me.

Living In: Emma

Loving all the filmness here.

p.s. i'm taking this weekend to rework the blog a bit so it'll be closed for the next few days. no big changes, mostly just cluttering of the archives. i'm tired of the old stuff popping up, it's just not me anymore. Have a marvelous weekend all!

Free People Love

Adoring all looks from Free People that I've been seeing lately. All fun and vintage and perfectly lovely! I can't get enough.

p.s. and how about those boots in the second picture! love, love, love.

Words of Wisdom

“Dream dreams. Big dreams. Little dreams. Dreams in which you fly, live, die. Dream of things you’ve never seen and things you see every day. Dream of the future, of what happened in the past and what’s happening right now. But, whatever you do, dream.” — I Wrote This For You

Music Monday - Joanna Newsom

I've been on a real Joanna Newsom kick lately, listening to her and her magical harp non-stop. She has such a perfectly unique voice and such gorgeous lyrics. This song in particular has inspired me to try and learn to play the harp. Also the video is gorgeous. That dress! Happy Music Monday!

Best Tumblr Blogs

Someone should make a list of all the coolest tumblr blog ideas. Thus far I've found a blog all about beards, a blog all for old hollywood, a blog all about cats and now a blog dedicated to awesome people hanging out together. It just keeps getting better and better baby.

Words of Wisdom

“The moth lives for just one day, and yet, you will never see it fall to the ground and curse the futility of its existence. Nor flowers weep when winter comes. Nor the moon sigh when dawn approaches. We are only ever given just so much. But it is always, all we need.” — I Wrote This For You

Music Monday - The Like

For me, finding an all-girl group I really care for is like finding a needle in a hay stack (maybe The Bangles?), but I do believe I have now stumbled across one. The Like is fun, peppy and has a super great vibe reminiscent of something between classic girl groups and british invasion acts. I'm espicially digging this song, June Gloom. Perfect for this time of season too, eh?

P.S. I swear, this is not going to turn into Music Tuesday. Next week will be on time :)
